About This Session
Unwind and rejuvenate with a yoga session at Revival. Our yoga classes are designed to help you relax, de-stress, and improve your flexibility and strength. Whether you're a beginner or experienced yogi, our classes cater to all levels. Join us for a rewarding yoga experience at Revival. Tuesday - Yin Yoga - 5pm This is a slow quiet meditative practice that involves holding posture for at least 3 minutes allowing us time to open the meridian lines, changing health of connective tissue, joints, and bones. Time and space to work 'in' rather than 'out'. This practice will leave you feeling relaxed and calm. Thursday - Hot Vinyasa Flow - 6pm Enjoy traditional postures with a harmonise and restorative touch focusing on breath, gaze and alignment. Ending with a guided deep meditation. Suitable for all levels. Friday - Slow Flow - 6pm This class is designed to all-round destress and unwind the mind as well as move the body developing flexibility, mobility, strength and balance. Saturday - Vinyasa Flow - 8am Fun Vinyasa flow, suitable for all levels. The class works with flexibility, balance, strength and ends with a relaxing Savasana and meditation for the body and mind.

To cancel, please make sure it is 24 hours before, if it is within the 24 hours, you will only be able to reschedule your class and not cancel. You will have 23 sessions to redeem during the month with the Revival & Joint Revival x Rebellion Memberships.
