What is Kundalini? Kundalini is an ancient technology and science that allows the person to reconnect and awaken their energy physically, mentally and emotionally through practice of breathwork, movement, sound and meditation. There are many benefits of a Kundalini practice; here are just a few of them: 1. Cancellation Policy

To cancel, please make sure it is 24 hours before, if it is within the 24 hours, you will only be able to reschedule your class and not cancel. The Introductory Membership is only allowed to be used once a day for classes. You will have 23 sessions to redeem during the month which is enough to have for five classes a week.
