Movement Masterclass with Metal Monkey
Join us for Revival's event — an energising and expansive Movement Masterclass led by the incredible Metal Monkey.
🧘♂️ This 1.5-hour session will explore the foundations of mobility, flexibility, and breathwork, designed to help you unlock physical freedom, move with more ease, and connect more deeply to your body.
To close the evening, we’ll transition into our tranquil Rainforest Room for a guided recovery session with:

❄️ Ice bath plunge
